You will design computational tools for single cell RNA-seq, multiomics, and CRISPR perturbation data, analyze complex datasets, and translate functional genomics experiments into actionable insights. This role emphasizes collaboration and cutting-edge genomics workflows.

Qualifications

• PhD in biology or data science
• 2+ years in computer programming
• Proficiency in Python, Unix/Linux OS, and/or R
• Experience processing NGS data (preferred)
• Knowledge of statistical tests and ML algorithms
• Data visualization in Python or R

Responsibilities

• Design and build computational approaches for biological data analysis (single cell RNA-seq, multiomics, CRISPR perturbation)
• Analyze experimental data and address methodological challenges including data integration
• Prioritize and organize workflow while optimizing methodologies and results
• Develop and apply algorithms for large-scale data across projects
• Perform hypothesis testing using statistical concepts
• Apply ML methods to support diverse research questions
• Collaborate with internal and external collaborators
• Leverage LLMs and ML for genomics
• Support additional duties as assigned
