In addition to mail processing, this position assists patrons in purchasing postage, mailing parcels, delivering parcels and other various duties of a mailroom assistant. Responsibilities: Process in-bound and out-bound mail. Assist customers with postage and package pickup. Office and clerical duties. Maintains 100% compliance with timely completion of required System, University and job-specific online training courses.
