Necessary Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One (1) year clerical experience.
  • Must be able to complete required USPS training.
  • Must possess strong customer service skills and have the ability to multitask and work under timelines.
  • Must be able to move up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three (3) years of clerical experience.

Due to budgetary reasons, West Texas A&M University will not offer H-1B or other work authorization visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout the employment term.
