Job summary

Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is seeking a Postal Operations Specialist to oversee its enterprise postal and shipping programs, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will validate carrier invoices, manage budgets, and implement processing improvements to increase efficiency across the organization.

You will act as a program expert and COR for postal contracts, handle training on mail systems, administer shipping platforms, and ensure compliance with federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in mail management or shipping programs.
• Experience budgeting and approving carrier invoices.
• Ability to coordinate with USPS and major carriers.
• Experience as COR/contract oversight is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage DCSA's postal and shipping programs with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
• Oversee program budget and approve carrier invoices for payment.
• Analyze mail systems and processes to improve efficiency and develop new procedures.
• Serve as the COR for the Official Postal Center contract and as agency mail systems trainer.
• Administer shipping platforms like UPS CampusShip and manage user access.
• Oversee day-to-day Official Postal Center operations and records disposition.
