Job summary

OrthoCarolina is seeking a Post-Surgical Services Technician to deliver equipment prescribed by physicians and train patients in its use. The role requires travel to patients' homes, hospitals, and clinics, with an 6am–2pm schedule and on-call every 6–7 weeks.

Job description

**We are looking for a Post-Surgical Services Technician to join our team.** The schedule for this position is 6am to 2pm; hours may vary; on call every 6-7 weeks, travel required.The **Post-Surgical Service Technician** acts as a service technician by delivering equipment ordered by physician, and training patient in use; offers additional products as needed such as custom orthotics (ex. Ligament bracing). Communicates with patients providing them with co-insurance amounts and collects co-pays. Follows up with patients to ensure their satisfaction with the products and arranges pick-up for rental items.
