Job summary

You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to craft care plans and educate patients and families to maximize recovery. Massachusetts RN license and BSN progress within 5 years are required or expected.

Qualifications

• BSN degree or will obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Unit-specific specialty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patients progress and evaluate therapies for outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their families to achieve maximum outcomes.
