Job summary

Omnidex, part of the Dexerto Media Group, seeks a Publisher Success Manager to own the post-sales journey for publishers, from onboarding to ongoing optimization and expansion. • 3+ years in a post-sales, publisher-facing support role within ad tech.
• Experience supporting publisher monetization in a programmatic environment.
• Proven ability to own onboarding, integrations, and performance.
• Fluent in programmatic advertising; discuss auctions and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret monetization metrics.
• Clear communicator; can manage expectations across teams.
• High ownership and accountability; open to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end post-sales publisher journey as primary contact from handoff through onboarding, launch, performance, retention, and expansion.
• Lead publisher onboarding and integrations by gathering technical inputs with Yield, Ad Ops, Solutions, Eng, and Product teams for go-lives.
• Monitor publisher performance across monetization metrics and identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, and supply quality.
• Drive post-sales growth by identifying opportunities across products, features, formats, and integrations.
• Own issue management and escalation with clear response times, root causes, and remediation with internal resolution.
• Build and evolve the Publisher Success operating model with playbooks, SLAs, QBRs, escalation paths, and health tracking.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Rev Ops on invoicing questions and contract interpretation when needed.
• Advocate for publishers internally, translating feedback into prioritized product/process improvements.
