Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a Support Automation Engineer on the Post Sales Systems team to design, build, and maintain automation and AI systems powering ClickUp's post-sales support. You will translate business workflows in Zendesk into scalable automations, reducing manual effort and elevating customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in CX systems, admin-level Zendesk experience preferred.
• Experience shipping automations or integrations to production with measurable value.
• Hands-on with CX platforms, particularly Zendesk at admin level or higher.
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-hat environments; adaptability is a must.
• Optional: experience with ClickUp, Maven/chatbots, GTM systems, or support SaaS operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Zendesk automations to reduce repetitive support work.
• Develop AI-driven workflows using Zendesk AI, LLMs, and integrations.
• Architect low-code/no-code automations with Workato and Zapier linking Zendesk, Salesforce, ClickUp, Maven.
• Own the full lifecycle of automations from discovery to optimization.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Zendesk, Salesforce, ClickUp, Chili Piper, and Maven.
