Job summary

David Joseph & Company is seeking a post-sales Forward Deployed Engineer in San Francisco to implement and extend our AI-powered platform at customer sites. You will shadow finance teams, wire agents to real systems, and demonstrate leadership to accelerate deployment.

You will move between customer engagements and hands-on setup, ensuring value delivery and shaping product feedback. A strong communicator with basic engineering chops will thrive, with growth into broader post-sales leadership

Qualifications

Outstanding commercial and customer-facing instincts.
Clear, concise communicator between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Genuine technical baseline to understand how things work under the hood.
Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to find creative solutions.
Thinks in terms of business outcomes.
0–4 years of experience.
Able to work in person in San Francisco, mostly five days a week.

Responsibilities

Embed with customer teams to learn operations and map decision logic.
Build and deploy agents tailored to each customer’s systems.
Own the field-to-product feedback loop to shape the platform.
Present to customers and prospects with sharp narration and demos.
Deliver implementation across the post-sales lifecycle, including proofs of concept.
