Job summary

Attio is seeking a Forward Deployed GTM Engineer in the United States to work post-sale with customers on complex GTM use cases, embedding deeply in their systems to deliver working solutions.

You will architect configurations, build data models, and create integrations and automations (Zapier, n8n, Make) that connect Attio to customers’ stacks while partnering with Customer Success to ensure value realization and scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a developer or GTM engineer.
• Hands-on experience with GTM tooling across Sales, CS, and Marketing.
• Ability to architect, build, test, and deploy API integrations with customers.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding platforms to ship JavaScript and internal tooling.
• Curiosity about AI landscape and experimentation early.
• Strong no-code/low-code integration skills with Zapier, Make, n8n.
• Familiar with ETL, reverse ETL, and CDPs.

Responsibilities

• Deploy post-sale into customers with complex GTM needs, architecting systems, integrations, and workflows.
• Design best-practice Attio configurations tailored to each customer’s business model and GTM motion.
• Lead and execute time-boxed build projects delivering data models, integrations, sequences, workflows, and SDK apps.
• Build and architect custom API integrations and no-code automations to connect Attio to customer stacks.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers as the technical owner for deployments and build projects.
• Identify blocks, under-adoption, or value leakage and build solutions to maximize Attio value.
• Provide customer insight to Product as a bridge between complex use cases and the roadmap.
• Design engagement models from Expert referrals to self-serve playbooks to scale outcomes.
