Job summary

Lifted, an Upwork Company™ is seeking experienced production/post-production specialists to support a network of enterprise collaborations. You will manage end-to-end production from planning and budgeting to delivery, scheduling shoots, booking crews, and coordinating across creative, brand, marketing and legal teams.

You will oversee on-set operations, talent, location management, and asset capture, then track deliverables and ensure on-time completion, while refining color, sound, and finish

Qualifications

• Experience in editing, color correction, finishing and asset assembly.
• Experience overseeing shoots, logistics, budgeting and creative resourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative production from scope to budget to timeline to delivery.
• Schedule shoots, book crews, negotiate vendor bids, and manage production logistics.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across creative, brand, marketing, legal.
• Oversee on-set operations, talent, location management, and asset capture.
• Track deliverables, maintain budgets, and ensure on-time execution.
• Resolve production issues and elevate risks; edit, assemble, and finish video/audio assets.
• Prepare assets for multi-platform distribution (broadcast, digital, social).
• Maintain file organization, version control, and master deliverables.
