Job summary

Paramount Technology is seeking a Post-Production Supervisor to join our full-time team. You will oversee post-production staff, schedule facilities, and manage resources to support promotional and broadcast deliverables.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Television/Film/Media Production or related field, plus 3 years of experience in post-production environments and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with Jira or similar tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in television, streaming, studio, production company, or agency environments supporting post-production workflows.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Television, Film, Media Production, or related field strongly preferred.
• Experience in supervising or coordinating post-production staff; able to schedule post-production facilities and resources.
• Working knowledge of file-based and cloud-based post-production workflows.
