Job summary

Tombras, a 600+ person national advertising agency, seeks a Post-Production Intern to join its Knoxville team. This paid internship runs 8.5 weeks, from 9/23/26 to 11/20/26, up to 25 hours per week, on-site in Knoxville, TN.

You will assist editors with daily tasks, manage media, uploads, retags, and basic editorial needs. Studio duties may include production assistant work on shoots, plus other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Senior in a Bachelor's program or recent graduate in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (degree not required).
• Passion for advertising and storytelling with a drive to make people see it.
• Good attitude, attention to detail, and a solutions-based mindset.
• Knowledge of visual storytelling, editing basics, and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere and Media Encoder.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist editors with daily tasks.
• Media management, uploads, retags, resizes, and general editorial needs.
• May contribute as a studio production assistant on shoots, helping with setup and errands.
• Other duties as assigned.
