The role emphasizes strong organizational skills and customer service, with occasional weekend shifts and after-hours emergency support to ensure cinematic experiences meet IMAX standards.

You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, schedule demos, and help maintain quality

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a Post Production and/or Distribution environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Quality check dub and subtitle DCPs to ensure assets meet IMAX quality standards.
• Coordinate bookings for quality checks, screenings, or demos at IMAX HQ theaters.
• Run screenings and demos with clients and executives for events.
