Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a PACU RN in Fort Mill, SC to provide post-operative care across a range of surgical patients. The role offers day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, or per diem options.

Requirements include ADN or higher, active RN license, 1 year PACU/ICU experience preferred, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Strong teamwork and EMR proficiency are essential. Competitive benefits and salary range provided.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing is required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in PACU/ICU or similar high-acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate post-operative care to a variety of surgical patients, monitoring vital signs and anesthesia-related symptoms.
• Administer prescribed medications and implement treatment plans as directed by medical staff.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure smooth patient transfer from OR to PACU and discharge home.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care, pain management, wound care, and potential complications.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital policies and procedures.
