Job summary

Tenet South Carolina in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PACU - Post Anesthesia Care. The role requires an Associate degree in Nursing and a valid multi-state RN license. BLS CPR is required within 7 days; ACLS and PALS are required within orientation.

Experience is not required; the position is staff employment with a sign-on bonus based on eligibility. Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered; nurses collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe patient care and

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing is required.
• No prior experience required.
• A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License is required; must be able to obtain Multi-State RN License if currently in a Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain quality patient care during nursing procedures.
• Assess patient condition and document in the chart.
• Develop and document education plans and adjust as condition changes.
• Perform age-appropriate interventions and monitor medications and IV therapy.
• Interpret diagnostic data and respond per hospital protocol.
