Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per standards.
• Provide age-appropriate care to patients on the unit.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development to identify patient needs across the lifespan.
• Develop and modify the plan of care to deliver quality care per policies.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
