Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse Program.
• Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities per policy to deliver quality patient care.
• Provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on the assigned unit.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and facility policies.
