Job summary

United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for Midwest Specialty Surgery Center in Indianapolis, IN. The RN will care for 3-4 post-operative patients per shift, focusing on patient/family education prior to discharge and ensuring safe discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in Indiana.
• ACLS is required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Care for 3-4 post-operative patients per shift.
