Job summary

United Surgical Partners International (USPI) Carmel Specialty Surgery Center is hiring a Part-Time Pre/Post Registered Nurse to join our outpatient facility. The RN will plan, direct, and coordinate nursing care for pre- or post-surgical patients, ensuring safety and quality in a compliant environment.

Position requires weekday work only, with occasional later evenings. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited RN program, active Indiana RN license, ACLS, and strong clinical judgment

Qualifications

• RN licensure active in the state of Indiana.
• ACLS certification required.
• Ability to make nursing judgments and prioritize workload.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care for pre- or post-surgical patients.
• Ensure high quality and safe delivery of patient care in compliance with standards.
• Care for patients from infant to geriatric ages.
• Provide care on weekdays with no weekends, holidays, or on-call.
