Job summary

Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing care plans, documenting care, maintaining licenses, and ensuring quality outcomes. Eligible candidates hold FL RN license, BLS/ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree Nursing required or Technical Diploma/Certificate Nursing required.
• 2 years acute care experience required or 1-3 years critical care experience required.
• Licenses: Registered Nurse (FL) or eligible compact state; BLS; ACLS; NIH Stroke Scale within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care for assigned patients.
• Develops and communicates plan of care for each patient with patient/family/significant other.
• Educates patients post-operatively and prepares them for the next level of care.
• Implements medical/nursing plan and interventions; reassesses patient responses.
