Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree Nursing or technical nursing diploma required.
• 2 years acute care experience or 1–3 years critical care experience required.
• RN license in Florida or eligible compact state upon hire required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (BLS) required; ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to provide quality care.
• Develop and communicate plan of care with patient/family.
• Educate patient post-operatively and prepare for next level of care.
• Demonstrate ability to implement medical plan and nursing interventions.
