Job summary

Crowe seeks a M&A Post Merger Integration Manager to lead complex integrations within its Technology Advisory practice in New York. You will translate deal objectives into executable plans across Day 1 readiness, the first 100 days, and post-close stabilization.

You will collaborate with private equity clients and strategic buyers, drive synergies, manage budgets, and guide technology integration spanning ERP, data, cybersecurity, and IT operating models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional industry or consulting experience, leading complex workstreams or projects.
• Experience with ERP implementations or other technology integrations in an M&A, carve-out, transformation, or similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing cross-functional integration plans; private equity or strategic buyers experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial services is a plus.
• Strong project management, business process analysis, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives, facilitate decisions, and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration engagements across pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, the first 100 days, synergy realization, and post-close stabilization.
• Direct Integration Management Office (IMO) activities and cross-functional workstreams for complex, multi-functional, and cross-border transactions.
• Develop integration roadmaps, governance structures, workplans, milestones, dependencies, and decision-making processes with client leadership.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation, resolve execution barriers, and maintain accountability for critical integration priorities.
• Support operational analysis and integration-focused due diligence to identify risks, quantify value-creation opportunities, and translate findings into actionable post-close priorities.
• Support technology integration planning and execution across ERP and business applications, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendors, and the IT operating model.
• Prepare and present executive-facing dashboards, status reports, synergy tracking, recommendations, and steering committee materials.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets, and quality while coaching and developing consultants and coordinating client, target-company, and third-party teams.
• Support proposal development, and practice-building activities, including the continued development of tools and methodologies.
