Job summary

Crowe is seeking a M&A Post Merger Integration Manager to lead complex integration programs across the merger lifecycle. You will translate deal objectives into executable plans, drive cross-functional delivery, realize synergies, and stabilize operations after close.

You will coordinate Integration Management Office activities, develop roadmaps and governance, and manage risks to ensure successful post-close outcomes for clients including private equity firms and strategic buyers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex workstreams or projects.
• Experience with ERP implementations or technology integrations in M&A contexts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration engagements across pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and profitability realization.
• Direct Integration Management Office activities and cross-functional workstreams.
• Develop integration roadmaps, governance structures, and milestones with client leadership.
• Drive risk identification, mitigate barriers, and ensure execution accountability.
• Support due diligence and identify value-creation opportunities post-close.
• Assist technology integration across ERP, data, cybersecurity, and IT operating model.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and steering materials.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and quality while coaching teams.
• Support proposal development and practice-building activities.
