Job summary

Crowe's Technology Advisory practice is seeking a M&A Post Merger Integration Manager to lead complex integration efforts across the merger lifecycle, partnering with private equity firms and strategic buyers to translate deal objectives into executable plans. You will drive cross-functional delivery, develop integration roadmaps, manage risks, and coordinate client, target-company, and third-party teams while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Hybrid work in New Jersey is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of professional industry or consulting experience in complex workstreams or projects.
• Experience with ERP implementations or technology integrations in an M&A environment.
• Experience with private equity clients or strategic buyers preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration engagements across pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, the first 100 days, synergy realization, and post-close stabilization.
• Direct Integration Management Office (IMO) activities and cross-functional workstreams for complex, multi-functional, and cross-border transactions.
• Develop integration roadmaps, governance structures, workplans, milestones, dependencies, and decision-making processes with client leadership.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation, resolve execution barriers, and maintain accountability for critical integration priorities.
• Support operational analysis and integration-focused due diligence to identify risks, quantify value-creation opportunities, and translate findings into actionable post-close priorities.
• Support technology integration planning and execution across ERP and business applications, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendors, and the IT operating model.
• Prepare and present executive-facing dashboards, status reports, synergy tracking, recommendations, and steering committee materials.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets, and quality while coaching and developing consultants and coordinating client, target-company, and third-party teams.
• Support proposal development, and practice-building activities, including the continued development of tools and methodologies.
