The role supports accreditation efforts, coordinates resident entries, and collaborates with physicians to improve education and clinical practice. Formación

• Certification, licensure, or training in a healthcare discipline.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Provider BLS or obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in clinical setting.
• Two (2) years of experience as a clinical educator, trainer, preceptor, or equivalent role.

Responsabilidades

• Supports Transition to Practice programs to meet clinical education needs.
• Coordinates entry of graduate residents into programs, including orientation and competency verification.
• Acts as an educational consultant with intra- and inter-disciplinary teams on curriculum and program development.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
