Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a Quality/Sustaining engineer to manage post-launch product quality and customer-facing issue tracking in Plano, TX. The role emphasizes defining resolutions and driving resources to ensure timely fixes for post-market concerns.

The incumbent will interface across levels to identify issues, implement processes, and sustain product quality by coordinating teams and PM tools to track performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality or wireless telecommunications.
• Experience setting up Quality/Sustaining engineering processes and procedures.
• Experience with OEM handset products (CDMA & GSM) and project management skills.
• Experience researching and resolving customer technical complaints and issues.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with all levels within the organization and customer organizations to identify and track product issues.
• Sustains post-launch product quality by directing resources toward effective resolutions.
• Tracks product performance using project management tools and scheduling.
• Creates processes and procedures to accelerate issue resolution.
• Manages processes by coordinating resources to maintain product quality.
