Responsibilities

• Post Issuance Workload Processing: Using the FI$Cal System, perform all functions related to Post Issuance workloads on a rotating basis (Warrant Redeposits/Returns, Damaged Warrants, Stop Payments, Claims of Forgery, Payroll/Garnishments).
• Stakeholder Communications/Issue Resolution: Answer inquiries related to Post Issuance; provide guidance to public, agencies on post issuance processes and regulations.
• Post Issuance Subject Matter Expert: Review FI$Cal transactions, provide guidance, onboard/train staff, and contribute to procedure updates.
