Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience with a contractor.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Acrobat).

Responsibilities

• Own post-installation closeout and issue resolution; ensure timely energization and closure.
• Coordinate scheduling and assign technicians based on issue type.
• Manage field project emails and customer communications during inspection phase.
