Qualifications

• Controls and instrumentation experience.
• Ability to return from breaks on time and manage schedules.
• Experience working in a fast-paced controlled environment.
• Ability to work with chemicals, oils and sharp objects.
• Experience in processing quality workflows.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to schedule changes.
• Must be 21+ years old and pass level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate medical processing equipment.
• Participate in intake, drying, curing and trimming steps.
• Maintain a centralized tracking system for compliance.
• Verify incoming flower batches by specs and visual checks.
• Document moisture testing results and update logs.
• Keep measurement equipment calibrated and operating.
• Collect third-party testing samples.
• Burp flower bins during curing to preserve quality.
• Ensure all products are accounted for per policy.
