Trulieve in Hancock, MD is seeking a detail-oriented Post Harvest Technician III to support harvesting, weighing, drying, curing, trimming, and machine operation of cannabis material. This hands-on role requires adherence to SOP and cGMP standards and contributes to a mission-driven company.

You will progress from Technician I/II, with opportunities for growth, and benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Post Harvest Technician I and II, and active in Technician II for at least 6 months.
• Knowledge of cannabis handling including harvesting, drying, curing and trimming.
• Strong attendance, hands-on ability, and teamwork across departments.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and compliant with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform harvesting, weighing, drying, curing, trimming, and machine operation.
• Setup, adjust, and operate equipment; conduct routine checks and maintenance.
• Maintain clean, compliant work areas and document results in logs and reports.
• Follow SOP and cGMP guidelines; ensure materials are accounted for.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
