Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Flower Technician I in Hancock, MD to ensure quality and proper handling of cannabis flower materials. The role involves inspecting incoming batches, weighing and packaging, and maintaining accurate documentation in a regulated facility.

The position is 40 hours weekly, with a pay rate of $17.00/hr. Remote work is not available; the site operates under cGMP standards in a controlled processing department.

Qualifications

• Basic communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced controlled environment.
• Willingness to work under supervision and shifts as needed.
• Experience with handling cannabis products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of flower and pre-roll material (moisture, texture, quality).
• Weigh and package flower and/or pre-rolls per brand standards.
• Receive and store raw batch items properly.
• Verify quality and quantity of batched items.
• Sort items by type and complete verification paperwork.
