Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cannabis post-harvest processes is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Quality control on conveyor line and report deviations to supervisor.
• Assist harvest and drying processes and set up drying rooms and equipment.
• Operate and maintain B4 Bucking machines as directed by team lead.
• Identify quality defects such as mold or pests and remove affected product.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and assist with daily tasks.
