Good Day Farm is seeking a reliable Post Harvest Tech I to support daily cannabis post-harvest operations. You will assist with processing, sorting, hanging harvests to dry, bucking, trimming, and basic data logging under supervision.

This entry-level role emphasizes following SOPs, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and learning the full post-harvest process while contributing to quality and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Basic understanding of cannabis post-harvest processes is a plus.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Quality control on cannabis batches as they move along the conveyor line.
• Assist in harvest and drying processes and maintain clean work areas.
• Operate and assist with bucking machines and related equipment.
• Identify quality defects and help remove afflicted plants or flowers.
• Clean totes and equipment as part of daily tasks.
