Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing team environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Commitment to safety and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Trim buds and pack dry material accurately.
• Move cannabis through post-harvest stages.
• Hang plant material to dry and cure safely.
• Prepare cannabis for transfer to Processing.
• Maintain post-harvest machinery in good order.
• Package products per quality standards.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Support SOPs and shift communication.
