Trulieve is hiring a Post Harvest Technician I in the Cultivation department. The role involves harvesting, weighing, and logging cannabis material for transfer to dry rooms, with strict adherence to SOPs and cGMP standards. The position requires physical work, attention to detail, and strong teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Salary starts at $16.25 per hour with full benefits and a 40+ hour workweek. Nearest major market is Pittsburgh; remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Cannabis handling knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Maintain good discipline and attendance standards.
• Ability to work hands on with cannabis plant material daily.
• Flexibility to work in various sectors of the production department as needed/requested by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Harvesting cannabis material and preparing, weighing, and logging for transport to dry rooms.
• Defoliation of plants as needed and weight logging.
• Maintain compliance using a centralized tracking system and SOP/cGMP standards.
• Documenting testing results and inputting data into the company database.
• Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Support cross-department duties and ensure a clean, safe environment.
