Job summary

Ethos Cannabis in Ohio is seeking an Inventory Technician to ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth material flow from intake to dispensaries. You will support post-harvest duties as needed and help implement our team-oriented culture.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, comfort with seed-to-sale software and MS Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in cannabis operations is preferred but not required.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with reporting skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment requiring accuracy and compliance.
• Proficient with seed-to-sale software and standard MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill outgoing orders with high accuracy.
• Conduct intake of finished goods into inventory.
• Use state-mandated POS software and other systems for inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Report inventory discrepancies to Inventory Manager.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff training and maintain product knowledge.
• Assist with inbound deliveries of raw materials.
• Improve workflows and organize storage areas.
• Transport cannabis products to dispensaries or wholesale customers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned; reports to Inventory Manager.
