Responsibilities

  • Quality Control on Conveyor Line: perform quality control checks on cannabis batches as they move along the conveyor line and report deviations.
  • Harvest and Drying Support: assist in harvesting and drying as directed by team lead and help prepare drying rooms/equipment.
  • Machine Operations: operate and maintain B4 bucking machines and assist with burping/takedown for optimal drying.
  • Quality Control and Defect Identification: learn to identify defects (mold, pests) and remove afflicted plants/flowers with supervisor.
  • Cleaning: clean totes and equipment daily; perform other duties as assigned.

This entry level role focuses on production based tasks, following established SOPs, and completing tasks efficiently and safely. Core responsibilities include hanging harvests to dry, bucking, trimming, sorting, and general material movement, along with possible basic data logging and equipment cleaning. They are gaining experience with product issue identification and removal. The Tech I works closely with tech 3's, leads and supervisors, follows direction well, and contributes to maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant workspace. This role is ideal for someone reliable, detail oriented, and eager to learn the full post harvest process.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age (as per legal requirements).

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
