Job summary

King City Gardens seeks a supervisory professional for its cannabis operations in Ohio. You must be 21+ and eligible for Ohio DCC credentials, with a minimum of 2 years in a regulated setting and proficiency in METRC seed-to-sale.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Vocational certification in agriculture, horticulture, food science, or related field experience.
• Prior experience managing post-harvest or dry room operations in a licensed cannabis cultivation facility.
• Experience with cannabis packaging compliance including DCC weight, labeling, and seal requirements.
• Familiarity with ActionPac, automated packaging, or other production line equipment.
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the facility for extended periods (8-10 hours).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in controlled environments with variable temperature, humidity, and exposure to cannabis plant material, dust, and odors.
• Use of PPE including gloves, masks, hairnets, and lab coats required at all times in production areas.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
