• Knowledge of Michigan compliance regulations.
• Excel proficiency for daily spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-harvest production and trimming operations.
• Develop SOPs and train post-harvest staff.
• Ensure METRC and state regulation compliance.
• Manage packaging of finished products (flower, joints).
• Monitor dry room conditions and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate scheduling for third-party testing and data tracking.
• Lead QA/QC checks across post-harvest stages.
• Maintain clean, organized post-harvest areas and inventory.
