Job summary

Fawn River Cultivation Company in Constantine, Michigan is seeking an Inventory Specialist/Material Handler to manage inbound, outbound, and internal inventory, ensuring accuracy in METRC records and documentation.

You will audit, update locations, forecast usage, and move goods to storage, while adhering to cannabis regulations, safety rules, and company policies. This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and reliable transportation; prior cannabis experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must have Inventory Management experience.
• Must pass a background check with no pending charges or cannabis-related felonies in the past 10 years.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete responsibility for inbound, outbound and internal facility inventory transactions.
• Review invoices and packing slips for accuracy, compliance and quality.
• Audit physical inventory to align with system records and locations.
• Account for all receipt of goods, update in METRC accordingly.
• Monitor inventory usage and update forecasts for SKUs.
• Move received goods to storage locations in warehouse and vaults.
• Conduct regular audits and resolve inventory anomalies.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot, and update procedures.
• Metrc tasks: create manifests, harvest dates, compliance stickers, transports, packing orders.
