Vangst is assisting a Connecticut cannabis producer in Stratford to find a dedicated Production Technician. You will help trim, break down, and process plants after harvest, ensuring quality stays high through drying and curing.

You must be comfortable on your feet for long periods, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow steps and rules without cutting corners. Must meet state requirements to work in a cannabis facility and be 21+.

• Getting product ready to ship: weigh, label, and pack product so it's consistent and ready to go out the door.
• Keeping count: track product as it moves, help with counts, and enter info into the system so the numbers stay accurate.
• Being someone people want on their shift: show up, help out where needed, and keep things positive for the team.
