Job description

Production Technician

Full-Time | Cannabis Manufacturing | $17.50+/hour

Turn Raw Flower Into Products People Actually Love

Ever wonder what it takes to turn a cannabis plant into the products on the shelf? That's this job. Our client is one of the leading cannabis companies in the country, known for great products and an even better culture, and they need someone hands-on to help make it happen every single day.

You don't need cannabis experience. You just need to show up, work hard, and take pride in doing things right.

Is This You?
  • You like staying busy and don't need someone watching over your shoulder
  • You're good with your hands and don't mind doing the same task over and over, and doing it well every time
  • You follow rules because you know they matter, not because someone's forcing you to
  • You keep your area clean without being told twice
  • You're a team player, but you can also work on your own just fine
What You'll Actually Do
  • Make the product: Follow the recipe and steps every time, so quality stays consistent from batch to batch.
  • Package it up: Get product into the right containers with the right labels, so everything follows state rules.
  • Keep it clean and by the book: Follow safety and cleanliness rules, keep your area organized, and make sure paperwork and the state tracking system stay up to date.
  • Move at a good pace: Hit your daily goals without cutting corners on quality.
  • Bring good energy: Show up with a positive attitude, help your team out, and be someone people like working next to.
What You Need
  • High school diploma or GED (some college is a plus, but not required)
  • 1-2 years in manufacturing, food processing, warehouse work, or similar — helpful but not required

A Day on the Job, Physically Speaking

You'll be on your feet a lot — reaching, bending, standing, and staying focused for your whole shift. You'll need to be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds carefully. You'll also be around allergens like cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil daily, so keep that in mind.

Why Work Here

Our client isn't just a cannabis company — it's one of the biggest names in the industry, with a culture people genuinely enjoy being part of. If you want real growth potential and a team that has your back, this is a great place to start.
