Seco Tools in Reynoldsville, PA is seeking a Post Grinding Operator to join our tool grinding team on the weekend shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday through Monday). You will set up, operate, and maintain grinding and cleaning equipment to meet production and quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare departmental machinery according to operating instructions and job requirements.
• Load and unload fixturing and adjust for optimal equipment operation.
• Read production schedules, work orders, and operation sequences.
• Monitor machine operations, gauges, and sounds to identify issues and troubleshoot as needed.
• Complete documentation and shop floor data collection accurately.
• Maintain and perform routine operator maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with training other employees when requested.
• Coordinate material handling and shipping as required.
