Our team is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, while providing a clean, well-organized, and team-oriented work environment.We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support our manufacturing operations.Position OverviewThe Grinding / Manufacturing Engineer is primarily responsible for improving the reliability, stability, and overall performance of grinding equipment and manufacturing processes. This role focuses on identifying and eliminating recurring failures, developing sustainable reliability practices, and ensuring consistent, high-efficiency production.In addition, this position supports grinding operations through the development of CNC programs, manufacturing documentation, and inspection standards.
