Job summary

Hale International is partnering with a confidential client to provide immediate post-go-live support for Workday Adaptive Planning. The consultant will build and enhance reports, ensure accurate data for September budgeting, and help the team maximize use of Adaptive Planning with best practices.

Responsibilities include hands-on training, knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, and collaborating with the client’s implementation partner to optimize configuration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clients immediately following go-live.
• Strong Adaptive Planning reporting experience.
• Experience supporting budgeting and financial planning requirements.
• Ability to review data and ensure reports provide accurate information.
• Comfortable supporting configuration and troubleshooting when required.
• Strong knowledge-transfer and training skills.
• A consultative approach and the ability to provide clear Workday guidance.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance reports using accurate and relevant data.
• Support the delivery of budget reports due in September.
• Help the client understand how to use Adaptive Planning effectively.
• Review existing reports and identify where Adaptive Planning could provide a better solution.
• Provide hands-on knowledge transfer and training to the internal team.
• Advise on Adaptive Planning best practices and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot post-go-live issues and resolve any reporting or configuration gaps.
• Support the remaining Adaptive Planning build and configuration when required.
• Collaborate with the client’s implementation partner and internal stakeholders.
