Summertown Metals is seeking a self-motivated, customer-oriented salesperson for our Post Frame Sales department in Morristown, TN. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to a growing team.

You will set goals, attend trainings, process calls quickly, prepare for appointments, follow schedules, and work to maintain high customer satisfaction while staying current with industry products and trends.

Responsibilities

• Set a goal and hit it.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and any training sessions provided.
• Process the customers in the call log in a timely manner preferably within 48 hours or as soon as reasonably possible.
• Prepare for and attend customer arranged appointments.
• Follow the walk-in schedule provided by the Sales Manager.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Remain informed and up to date with regards to industry products/trends.

Job description
