Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain one.
- Proven construction leadership and foreman experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Ability to work at heights and outdoors in varying weather.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-frame construction projects on site with safety as a priority.
- Direct daily jobsite activities and coordinate crew productivity.
- Read blueprints and ensure Wick Buildings quality standards.
- Train, coach, and develop crew members; mentor safety practices.
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and management.
- Operate company trucks and construction equipment as assigned.
