Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. in Castleton, VT is seeking a Construction Service Crew Foreman (Carpenter) to lead a 2-3 person crew. You will oversee repairs with quality workmanship, organize materials and schedules, and ensure safety and training.

Travel up to 25% with occasional overnight stays may be required. The role requires at least 3 years of leadership in building construction and extensive post-frame experience, a valid CDL/Class A license, and willingness to participate in training

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership in building construction.
• Extensive experience in post-frame construction.
• Valid Driver's License and Class A CDL or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Willing to travel up to 25% with overnight stays.
• Must meet safety procedures and training programs.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Physically demanding environment and heights up to 40 ft.

Responsibilities
