Wick Buildings is hiring a Post Frame Construction Crew Member in Odessa, MO to join a dedicated team building agricultural, commercial, residential, and equestrian structures. You will participate from site prep to finishing, ensuring safety and quality on every project.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.
• Willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction of post-frame buildings from start to finish.
• Install posts, trusses, girts, roof purlins, steel roofing, and siding.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
• Load and unload materials and maintain an organized job site.
• Follow construction plans and supervisor instructions.
• Work safely at heights using appropriate fall protection equipment.
• Maintain company quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and inspections.
